Chronology of Events: Some notable Achievements
1. Organized in January 1990.
2. A first network of 8 NGOs working in Far west, Mid West, Western and Central region.
3. First organization to organize “Consultative meeting of bonded laborers in Dang in 1991.”
4. First organization to organize National Workshop of Peasants, Political Party leaders legal express and NGO representatives on ” share cropping” and ” Duel Ownership of Land”
5. First organization to publish field study report on “Land Ownership and Land Management in Nepal.
6. In Collaboration with the NGO Federation of Nepal conducted “Voter’s Education Campaign” in 2nd General Election of Nepal.
7. Successful Completion of most challenging & complicated Drinking water Project in Kathmandu valley and Gorkha District. e.g Dhobidhunga of Kathmandu and Karney Khola and Siddhabageshowri in Gorkha District.
8. Experience of rehabilitation work of earthquake victims of Udaypur district in collaboration with OXFAM
9. One of the prime Advocate of having peoples access and ownership of Natural Resources: Land, Water and Forest.
10. Successful declaration of clean and hygiene ward (5 and 6) of Belka Municipality in Post ODF Program.
11. Established 7 Co-Operatives in Livelihood and Empowerment Program funded by OXFAM.
